Ironi Ramat-Gan signed their first foreign player for 09/10, Julian Khazzouh (209-C-86) (23, 2.10) . Khazzouh started playing in Australian NBL team West Sydney Razorbacks at 04/05. one season later he was ranked 2nd in 2006-07 Australian NBL rookie of the year award.
After 4 seasons in West Sydney he moved to Sydney spirit and their he registered 15.1 ppg, 10.4 rpg and 2.1 bpg. after thet team bankrupt he moved to Nerherland and played with Groningen there he averaged 12.4 ppg, 8.3 rpg and 1.8 bpg. He finished 2nd in the Dutch league in FG%.
